I had the pleasure of working with Steve during my decorating apprenticeship. He taught me very well. I remember when I’d go to cross the road Steve would grab my hand . He used to do it out of habit as he’d say he was so used to doing it to his grandchildren and I was of a similar age . We found it very funny this continued until I was 19 .I thought as him as my work grandad . I will never forget Steve he will be truly missed x x
